I heard AI would use a lot of electriciry, so humans may need to upgrade the server's computer parts to less power hungry parts which use less electricity.

True, I Could see it using more resources due to its massive processing. Wonder if it will be liable in the future?

I think AI companies maybe liable for causing power outages and unreliable power problems from using too much power.

Very possible, they may try to draw in more power than what they can use and cause issues for people in their area.

I think AI companies may need to build their own power plants.

Very possible, and hopefully not nuclear as that would be bad energy to use.
