I would love a hot springs after a long hard IT day, destressing would help me learn more.

A lot of IT workers will most likely want cool prizes like a trip to a hot spring which they can win at holiday parties.

Would be nice, but most places don't like to give their IT time off in fear of something break.

There needs to be more trade schools for learning IT so people can fill up all the jobs out there.

I agree, it is too bad that a lot of companies and governments dont spend more money and time on tech trade school.
