True, but always be weary as stores have market baskets to make and if you seem like someone just buying hardware, they will try and not sell you anything.

The service at big department stores is not the best. A lot of the time awhile for someone to unlock the computers, and more expensive tablets, so you can buy them.

Staples, crew pending, can have a very reliable tech staff. Just don't let them run any virus scans...

It is a good idea to make a clone of your hard drive before fixing it because some computer repair places may delete files by accident when trying to remove a virus and malware.

A person should always keep an up to date back up no matter what happens.

I agree people should always keep a backup of their files, and print out important documents like your homework or work documents since you may not be able to re-print it out at school if the school or work printer is broken, and files can get stolen if someone steals all your computers, hard drives, and flash drives in a home robbery.

Robbers are less likely to steal a folder full of printed documents.

honestly business based PCs should always require a backup to be made off of its main drive. Can't tell you how many people have come to my workplace needing data recovery, some end up spending $1,500 in a hope of getting it fixed.
