I think some computer stores which sell computer parts sometimes have a PC builder worker who can help people build their computer for a fair price.

I know of some local people who build out of their homes, planning on using them next time I need one.

I feel many local computer builders may use better thermal paste on the CPU which may mean your CPU may last longer, and run cooler.

All pcs need to use paste, or they won't last long at all lol.

There are thermal pads and tape which works like Thermal paste at transferring heat away from the CPU.

Didn't know about the tape, but I wouldn't want to deal with anything like that, pulling the long length could be an issue.
