I wonder if Trend Micro workers are from non-English countries, and rarely heard of Team Viewer, so they did not add it to the safe list.

I would think it block everything for lesser countries that are more likely to use cheap freeware.

I think poor people from poorer countries may more likely to send many complaints to Trend Micro and other AVs that a non-infected freeware they are using is being blocked instead of buying a popular paid software title like MS Office which is less likely to be blocked.

Doubt they care if their high user base was complaining of malware like items infecting their system and the AV not doing anything.

I imagine a lot of AV may not open most e-mails because they probably get a lot of e-mails per day.

I think norton monitors, but I think most leave it up to the email carriers themselves these days.

It would be nice if most antivirus companies hired highly skilled workers for live chat support.
