eBay is pretty good because buyers can also look at pictures, and videos of the electronic and computer parts the seller is sellung, and buyers can ask questions with the seller.

The product descriptions on eBay are well written many times.

I imagine a lot of electronics store parts may of closed down their physical stores because most of their customers now mostly use eBay to buy small electronic parts like circuitboards, and internal USB ports and LCD video cabled for smartphones and laptops.

I know a few people though who bought ebay stuff and a wrong pic and description ended up making a wrong item sadly.

It would be nice if buyers can video chat or cell phone picture message app like Instagram, Facebook Messenger with the seller, so you can see the item on a video chat call or cell phone picture message app rather than a picture taken from a manufacturer website.

Even if they did, sometimes they do fake items just to get money.

I think Paypal is pretty good at getting your money refunded if you prove you got scammed.

I guest, it depends on who the seller is, and if the Paypal staff trust you are telling the truth that you got scammed,
