I think Discord maybe too complicated for some users. I think forums maybe easier for some users to use for talking about viruses because forums user interface is similar to e-mail, blogs, and social networks like Reddit which more people use.

Would be nice if AVs came with guides to better teach people on how to use things.

I think paper manuals with are still useful for people who want to learn how to use most of the features.

There are few paper manuals these days, not even to setup a new pc gets any paper instructions.

Maybe the local library and schools can team up with antivirus makers to create paper Antivirus manuals to let people borrow for free.

They could, I know my local library offers free teaching classes for general PC stuff.
