True, most of the default stuff works unless you game hard and overclock your pc.

I think 3rd party cooling fans are sometimes less noisy, so they maybe better for people who don't like noise.

True, sometimes they are built better but their power supply may not be best.

I think some cheaper cooling fans may use lower quality plastics which may more easily break over time.

I've opened enough rattling PCs to know that most seem to be using plastic more than they should.

Having a protective grill on the fan could be a good idea to prevent the fan blade from possibly breaking off, and hitting PC parts inside the case

It's nice that PCs have come out with it of late, its nice for when you have shedding pets in the house.
