Re: Purchasing parts
Would be nice, give us better purchasing power but sadly the powers that be don't drive to have more pc parts made in the states.

Re: Purchasing parts
I imagine, if there is a greater chance of a war occurring in Asia , more computer parts will be made in America to prevent a shortage.

Re: Purchasing parts
There will be a huge shortage and prices will go up, make buying really hard.

Re: Purchasing parts
Hopefully, North America is ready to produce a lot of computer parts if there is a war in Asia which causes a shortage in computer parts because a war is preventing Asian companies like Samsung in Asia to make and ship PC parts to other countries.
I feel America, Canada, Mexico, and democratic countries in South America like Brazil and Chile would help make CPUs and RAM to make computer parts if there is a war in modern Asian countries like South Korea and Japan which make CPUs and other computer parts.

Should keep it out of mexico, they are known for cheap and poor labor down there.

Re: Purchasing parts
Hopefully, Mexico can improve their product quality, but I heard there is a lot of crime in Mexico which may cause highly skilled workers to leave Mexico which may make it harder to find highly skilled workers to work at Mexican computer parts makers.

Re: Purchasing parts
I doubt it, there is a reason most are trying to leave Mexico and come to the states.
