I always seem to hear something rattle in stuff, I hear there is something in cell phones that rattles but that is normal.

I wonder if a thicker PC case can fix the rattling problem.

I doubt it, most of the parts inside are plastic.

I heard some people stick soft foam to the inside of their case to make a PC not as loud.

I would think that generate some static and ruin the parts?

There is anti-static foam which prevent static from damaging PC parts.

I kind of hate that stuff, as its hard to pull out without harming the tech.
