I heard there are also a lot of robberies in Mexico, so making high valued computer parts like CPUs and video cards can be dangerous.

Extremely dangerous, odds are good they would be stolen easy.

I feel most of the wires, and individual components like ram chips may get stolen before they can be assembled into a video card if there are not a lot of security guards who are guarding the factory,

Only way to keep things from stealing is to tie things to the cartel but that be even more dangerous.

The US, Mexico, and other countries should train more poor people in countries like Mexico to make computer parts, so fewer people join the cartel or become robbers.

Would make a lot of lives better if poor people got better jobs to make more what the world needs.

I feel more people will choose to buy computers with better computer parts if they get paid a fair wage to work at a better job like working at a CPU factory.
