It is theme songs for "Beck the Anime" about a boy who wants to be a rock star, and follows a band to tour around the world while being chased by a gangster record executive who wants his guitar back. I highly recommend Beck the animation. It is one of my fav. animes.

Chiaki Kuriyama - Ryuusei no Namida. I think this song is used in the new gundam anime and I believe the girl singing this is a actor from the kill bill movie.
