I've seen other services offer that, it's a nice thing but may keep them focus on the prize instead of the knowledge.

Maybe giving users free virtual badges/awards or a print out certificate that you watch a basic computer security video may convince some people to pay attention, so they can show their computer security badge to their boss that they know basic computer security skills like not opening scam e-mails , and scanning a PC for viruses.

Easy enough to copy those, but would be worthwhile for a lot of people, especially for businesses that struggle to uphold digital security.

I think it would be somewhat of a hassle to photocopy a certificate that you watch a short video on basic computer security tasks instead of watching a short video, and pressing the print button on a website or program after watching the video.
Adding a profile photo and barcode or QR picture code to the certificate may prevent fake basic computer security certificate from being shown to bosses.

If its easy to do then it would be great, most people wouldn't get to do that.

I think antivirus companies on hiring a good actor, making a nice set, and adding cool computer generated graphics and animations may convince more people to watch basic videos on computer security.
I think a lot of TV news watchers bought antivirus and firewalls after they watch a short news segment with dramatic music, bold text animation, and a knowledgeable computer security worker warned about losing all your files after a virus and ransomware infected your PC.

Seems like most places try to hire someone who is famous to make their brands more popular, not sure how much good it does since there needs to be more understanding then just realizing something is there.
