I think people who buy accidentally buy used CPUs may also get poorer quality thermal paste if their used CPU came with thermal paste.

True, they save on the used cpu purchase and go cheap on the paste.

Hopefully, most of the used CPU sellers, are giving people real paste instead of fake paste which is made from a homemade items like glue.
I imagine some cheap CPU heatsinks may come with poor quality thermal paste.

Combine that poor stuff with Intel's recent cpu issues, most people would burn through their PC at a faster rate.

Hopefully, Intel fixes their quality issues soon. I imagine some people may switch to AMD computers for niw.
