Refunds are never good, which is why a company should never let anything bad out.

I think companies should keep a lot of cash just in case companies need to refund a lot of people their money for some reason.

Most don't though, they tend to tie up cash in stocks or over paying CEOs.

I think hardware companies are also spending a lot of money in A.I./Artificial Intelligence research, so they have less money for refunds, and lawsuits from angry buyers when a lot of computer parts fail.

Usually if they invest into any AI, they are firing humans to make up for the cost, sadly enough.

I think some hardware companies may hire cheaper poorly trained workers, and using lower quality metal parts which is more likely to rust, so they have more money to invest in AI.

True, they do tend to hire people from poor countries to try and save on labor.
