You win the lottery, and all of a sudden you have family members that you never knew existed, or didn't give you the time of day, or show themselves when you needed help.

And unfortunatley, due to the fact that the Lotto authorities want to whore your image all over the country, you can't collect your winnings anonymously, and you won't have any privacy either.

Yes, It changes people who have poor self-control and are generally weak minded individuals with self-esteem problems. But, people who know who they are and where they came from probably won't change as much.

Sometimes people with money do a lot of good things for the world like Princess Diana. Tragic that she died so soon.
