Most of the games back then were 8bit . I believe meaning they only have 256 colours.

at the time the games were pretty revolutonary in testing what the 'advanced hardware" then could do, now the average graphical calc is more powerful than a home pc/server back then

Do PDA and Graphic Calcs have the same type of video card these days? I was wondering if it was posible to just clone a graphic calc GUI onto a smartphone or PDA and just use a PDA to do graphical charts instead of buying a TI-84.

probably an application that can do advanced calculations,

but i'm not aware of it

The teachers at Schools probably just bann PDAs for tests and quizs since they think the students will just fill it full of cheats and cheat during the exam.
