What keeps you coming back to a forum or site?

MMM it need to have topics that i am interested in the people on the forum also have a big sway over me coming back to it as well, if the threads are interesting with good responses i wil be more likely to return.

I guest this thread proves that "people who hang out online are not mostly loners with no lives living in their parents basement" since many people I met who are not into the internet, computers, video games or technology stereotype people, who are into computers, and techy stuff, as skinny or fat pasty looking people who have no friends and are anti-social.
