I think Free forum have a premium hosting package that has more space and features then the free version like how so many freehost wants its costumers to upgrade to the "premium service." Since they have no ads, so they hope members upgrade to premium.

No, i don't beleive ANY top 10 posts is purely style editing

you need FTP access to the php files, else no chance
