There was Quick reply. It ws when DJ Li or Ray Decided to pay for invision free's license fee for Dmelody. If you visit most invision boards they have quick reply set by Default.

Dan was Head DJ and Admin, but Ray was the owner when MX was dmelody and Mx was runned by Dan. He decided not to use Invision boards. He switch to PHPBB because it was free and open source.

I like regular reply since it gives me more space to see my message without scrolling up and down if I type too much. Plus, regular reply have Youtube, Gvideo, realplayer, and more posting options.

Quick reply makes posting easier though. And I meant a link to a topic saying you had quick reply.

mxproject has NEVER had quickreply. dmelody had quick reply for a while when it was ipb.

but really i've answered this question so many times now it's getting repetitative
