I agree, I bet he got it at an online store like Ebay.Skeithex wrote:or got it online. I don't see a darth vader custom being made by some random person.froggyboy604 wrote:If he rented or bought the Darth Vader costume recently, he might be caught if they look over security tapes or ask the cashier at the costume store.
But, I got a feeling he made the costume himself, or bought it a long time a go.

Credit cards are more secure offline.
Newer Credit cards requires a pin number like a bank card and signiture in order to use them offline. Plus, there are some that even have the picture of the owner of the card on the front of a card like a drivers license.
Some cards won't work if the user/theft of the card suddenly spends a lot of money if the orginal owner of the card does not really use his card on big purchases on a daily basis if the credit card companie's computer detect unusual spending habits, they probably alert store security, or the police.
Also, I think some credit cards have daily limits like credit cards for college students, so it is impossible to reach the limit in one day.

that's true, but the same can be said for online stuff as the card may be canceled and the stuff not shipped.froggyboy604 wrote:Credit cards are more secure offline.

There's also a chance the delivery man may be an undercover police officer pretending to ship your item to your house, and you're handcuff and put in the back of a police car when you open the door.
Sort of like when a police woman pretends to be a hooker, and once the "perverted guy" give her money, she arrest him, and possibly takes out her gun which is unexpected.
