Re: Good Laptops
It seems to be harder to find new Windows 7 laptops these days.

Re: Good Laptops
I got my hands on a W7 ultimate iso and key and have the tools to wipe a partition and install any OS I wish. A little extra work but it should work out and take care of all the bloatware as well, hopefully this method doesn't get rid of needed drivers.

I think most drivers for hardware is still being release for 7 because it is still one of the most used operating systems.

Re: Good Laptops
hopefully so. Though you still need a decent laptop, I saw one made of aluminum base in which the laptop screen shook as you typed. A very sad make.

Re: Good Laptops
Laptops don't seem to be made as good as they used to be made where they last for many years. I'm worried that aluminum laptops could bend like aluminum soda cans. Aluminum is a very soft metal.Skeithex wrote:hopefully so. Though you still need a decent laptop, I saw one made of aluminum base in which the laptop screen shook as you typed. A very sad make.
I think thicker plastics, and steel is more durable for a laptop case.

Re: Good Laptops
Though Aluminum seems to be for early/cheaper models, later/more costly are made with Metallic material that hold strong.
