I agree with you johnson but there's that stereo type for asain parents to over pressure theire children for good grades. I don't see how a B or even a C+- C- is a disgrace? at least the child is trying

sure a C- means he/she's barely trying at all but hey at least they managed to pass the course. I mean not all schools looks at your grades..(well from what i've been told.) they also look at your extra cicrular activity and how involved you are in the communuity.

I think parents need to understand that it's 2006 and school wasn't the way it was back then. Everywhere, they keep uping the standards and it's difficult and extremely stressful. That's why suicide rates are going up. (And look at Dan for example *COUGH* :lol: )
