I imagine there maybe fewer companies who hire tech factories which mistreat workers to avoid ruining their reputation and making lower quality tech where workers may not be as careful because they are underpaid.

underpaid is a serious thing in making parts, some may let out damage parts go since they aren't paid enough.

I feel some underpaid workers could secretly steal higher quality tools at their workplace, and replace them with lower quality tools which may more likely damage PC parts with static electricity and scratches.

I guest, tech companies that underpaid their workers may not spend much money on security cameras and guards, so dishonest workers are more likely to steal high quality tools, and replace them with poor quality tools.

I know some that just put up fake cameras to deter part theft and other bad stuff. Kind of lame.
