somewhat since I rarely watch them, but they do provide the local news which is useful for keeping up to date what is going on in your neighbour hood.
Do you think the internet will be outdated someday?

never happen, not even in someone's dreams.
would you leave the net if you lost everything you did on it? (your sites, your accounts, ect)

No, because blogs are the the few forms of communication for people who don't want to show their face, or people to hear their voices.
