I think wearing PC Gamer gloves may help with reducing pain for typing for too long.

Hopefuly, in a few years therecwould be better designed Keyboard and mice for people who have bad hand health.

Be nice if everything could be done with hand motions, so no one would have to grip anything.

I think a trackball mouse where you spin/roll a ball to move the mouse cursor can be good for people who have problems gripping a mouse, and you don't need to move your arm much compared to using a touchpad or touchscreen.

Those can help, but they feel really odd to use and can be hard to get used to.

A joystick maybe a better choice for some people.
