I think some antiviruses, antimaware, and firewall software block dangerous sites, so there is less of a chance to enter a dangerous site in Microsoft Edge.

Most known sites get blocked, but some can sneak by like homemade websites and injected website code.

I heard extensions like Script blockers like NoScript can block scripts from running which can prevent websites from infecting a PC. But, extensions like NoScript is somewhat a hassle to use.

They do help, but I've had people still get block sites that locks their computer controls, if they don't know how to use task manger that is to kill the web browser.

Maybe web browser makers could make a simple program or smartphone/tablet app to kill their web browser by pressing a button without needing to use task manager.

Wouldn't help, the web pages that take over block all buttons on the web browser while flashing and making loud noises.

I wonder if disabling scripts and downloads from unknown websites could help with preventing getting infected from viruses on websites.
