I have to say no to that.

Would it be better if everyone didn't have to go to work and school until like 9AM or later so they won't be as tired.

I wouldn't have beleived so, but after a few the wonderful garlic aroma will begin to seep through your skin ad you'll smell like a giant garlic clove.
