I know Windows 7 have a lot of cool games, and software, so there probably still be some people who use Windows 7 on a Virtual Machine program or older PC.

Sadly those who want the games have no idea how to use a virtual machine.

I think Microsoft or another company can always make an easy to use Windows 7 virtual machine, but the Windows 7 Home retail box license still probably cost $100. If you want to legally use Windows 7 on a virtual PC, you may need to pay $100 for the Windows 7 license.
It can be more worth it buying a used/refurbishef Windows 7 PC for playing Windows 7 gamess and programs, and using hardware like printers which dont work properly in Windows 8 and 10.

Making Windows 11 Virtual machine software easier can be useful, anf improve backwards compatibility with older games, software, and hardware would be nice.

A easy to use Windows XP and 7 Virtual machine will help people who need to know how Windows XP and 7 look like, and know where Windows program like Windiws Explorer, cmd.exe, isk defrag and scan disk are found on the startmenu, Desktop, and control panel.
A lot of Windows 10 users may need to someday fix or teach people how to use a Windows XP and 7 computer at work, or a for family and friend .
A old Windows XP and 7 PC maybe your only non-broken PC because something bad happen to your newer PC. There is always a chance of a computer getting stolen, lost, broken by ransomware, or accident like a power surge or water flooding damaging the PC.
