Those settings are usually so buried into the program you got to drill pretty deep into them to find the right setting to ignore something, hate it.

It would be cool if there was a program where you can tell all your antivirus, and security software to ignore certain files and programs in Windows.

Be nice if in future versions they make it more easier to control everything from a Windows/Linux OS command window.

I think it may take some time for Windows to make easier controls because Microsoft sometimes make user interfaces like Windows Vista and 8 which are harder to use for some people.
I think some programs like antivirus let people save custom settings to a file, so you can restore your settings when you reinstall the program.

True, I noticed some issues with windows 11 of default settings broken. Be nice if MS could release easy and ready to use features for everything.

It would be nice if users can easily modify the Windows OS to make it easier to use without the need for a 3rd-party program.

I know for a fact Ms would never allow that, they hate when people use other web browsers lol.
