What makes a website search engine friendly?

I feel a website is search engine friendly if it loads quickly, has a lot of useful content which is unique, and the website does not spam other websites and their own website.

No one really knows for sure, but most do believe that it is original and high quality content that gets them higher SEO ranking.

There are lots of things to make your site SEO friendly,can't explain all points here but main thing is unique quality content in which keywords are properly placed.Many more things we have to do like speed of site,interlinking,etc.
