I feel all-in-one can always come with a sensor which can detect poor airflow, or give off a warning when it is overheating.

not sure if any PCs come with that or a monitor.

Some motherboards have an alarm which goes off when the CPU is too hot.

Must be fancy, never seen one. I've just seen BIOS messages or just sudden shut down.

There are also software like Speedfan which can monitor a CPU's temperature.

most people don't know about it or can't install it on a work place pc.

It is too bad that Windows 10 does not add CPU temperature monitoring software into their task manager program.
