I think low quality thermal paste or thermal tape may also cause overheating in tablets as well.

The antivirus software which come bundled with Windows tablets maybe slowing down tablets as well.

It shouldn't though, Windows should be tested to work well with most AVs, at least in theory.

I know there are some very slow tablets with Intel Celeron CPUs and 4GB of RAM which may have problems running a more advance Antivirus and a bigger program like a Office Suite.

Those things can barely run anything, much less a heavy AV or W11 by today's standards.
