Dust resistant would be great for a lot of tech, some places get dirty easy.

I feel an air filtering system can help keep tech from getting dusty.

There is a huge air system in the server room, noisy but gets the job done.

I imagine the air systems need cleaning often.

Not really? The room is pretty sterile so it doesn't get much dust.

I guest it depends on what type of a building it is, and where the building is located. A school or shopping mall in a big city maybe less clean.

They would still need to keep their server room in a clean area and away from anyone wanting to put a virus on.
