I imagine the cameras are most likely HD and 4K cameras to more easily record people's faces breaking into the server rooms.

Most companies don't spend that much on cameras, most give basic visuals nowhere near 4k.

I think sometimes security video is saved at DVD quality or lower to save hard drive space, and make it easier to give the footage to the police who may not find the footage useful if the criminal is wearing a face mask, sunglasses, hoodie, and a wig to hide their identity.

Yeah storage isn't cheap, so they can't go HD for most places. Almost need to spend more money on better computers to better handle the AV hard scans.

Hopefully, the price of better computers will cost less, so virus scans will be faster.

Re: Recommended AV?
Would be nice if cheaper, most mid ter computers are expensive, even for business just so scans can run proper.
