Zoom does have some bad links out there that I've seen AVs get irritated at.

Maybe antivirus companies can work together to create a secure video chat app which is safer and more private than most free video chat apps.

That would be nice, but I can see them charging extra for such a thing.

I think if enough AV makers make a secure video chat app, they may not raise the price as much.

I think a lot of people used to use Blackberry smartphones because it had a secure instant messaging and video chat app called BBM.

I think AV may also slowly raise the price of subscription, and say inflation is the reason for price increases, so they can earn more money.

AVs shouldn't go up in price unless they intend to pay employees more, which wouldn't be a bad thing.

Paying workers more may make more people work harder at finding new viruses to block.

I think most viruses are submitted by organization and volunteers, most likely need them to analyze them.
