Re: Recommended AV?
I kind of wish I could form my own firewall/AV company, as it would be a big hit if I could program something great.

I feel there maybe more companies and people who decide to start firewalls and antivirus companies, or make a free open source antivirus and firewall because current antivirus and firewalls are sometimes difficult to use for average people, and sometimes cost a lot.

A high end open source AV/malware program would be awesome, it would save people a lot of money and grief.

It may also save people a lot of storage space because some antivirus, firewalls, and antispyware can use up a lot of storage space.

More like resources, CPU and RAM really spike during a scan. A lightweight program would be good.

The real-time virus shields can also make a PC feel slow when running programs.

Re: Recommended AV?
It does feel like systems come to a crawl during scans, be nice if that could be fixed.
