I feel it can be difficult to find a good teacher which can teach less tech savvy students about computer security and antivirus programs.

It does take a lot to be a good teacher and even more to teach the less tech savory.

I feel tech books, training videos and software about computer security could also cost a lot, so it may not be affordable for many high schools to teach about more advance computer security topics.

It might not be, but they should, digital security is becoming more important by the day.

Unfortunately, there is not much users can do if an entire website or program is hacked to steal people's data like e-mail addresses.

With 2FA it would help prevent things but even that is not as good as it used to be.

I think security questions like "What is your favorite color?" can be good at proving your identity.
