It is strange that people use their laptop while cooking when people can just print out meal recipe on a piece of paper or use a eReader for reading meal recipe.

Many don't have printers or like to bother with them, easier to take the PC with them.

I think the expensive price of printer ink may cause people to use their laptop for reading recipe in the kitchen instead of printing out recipes on paper.

Pretty much and also a lot of times printers don't want to connect like they should.

I think cheaper printers are also more likely to have connection problems.

They really do, specially HP brand.

I heard HP is blocking third-party ink which angered a lot of printer owners.
