How often do you update your internet security products

ie. Ati-virus software, firewall, spyware etc


AV & firewall :: 12hr cycle,

Spyware etc :: 24hr cycle,
I never really understood Thursdays.

once a day for anti virus program

once a week for spybot, adaware, spyware blaster, etc
