Shelby (NC) - 9-year-old Davien Hayden wakes up early every morning to play video games and that habit probably saved his family from a fast moving house fire. Hayden heard something fall and then smelled smoke in his Shelby North Carolina home and then warned his family.

good for him. I think if it wasn't for videogames he still be asleep and he and his family might have been trap in a burning house.

Well, if more familyies have gamers who game in the morning and late at night, I bet there will be fewer people dieing in house fires.
