what type of ads are better Text or banner ads.

I like text ads better cuz they load faster. Plus, a lot of people on dial up won't be mad cuz the banners take so long to load.
some banner ads are annoying like the animated ones that flash super fast. It makes me feel weird when i stare at those ads too long.
