I wonder when I noticed you
Singing your songs
Seeing you in posters
A star in the night sky

It seems unbelievable
That I saved someone like you

Our mutual friendship
Yet we rarely talked, much less saw
Circumstance held us apart

This silent blossoming
A slow epiphany
Unsudden realization

Was more than friendship
