I mostly read on forums since a lot of the forums I go to I am not a member there like I go to support forums when I need help on anything computer related unless my internet is down then I go read a book on computer repair.

Plus, sometimes I read a topic and I have nothing important to post about on the thread, so I don`t reply?

For example, I read topics about mixing Alcohol with other drinks like orange juice, but I have no exp. with mixing drinks.

I don`t really like posting for the sake of posting. I try to post something useful.

I do both.. because I'd rather not look like an idiot by posting for the sake of, without reading the topic beforehand.. I'd like to know what I am getting myself into.

I sometimes do some research on the internet before posting about the topic, or post on the topic after a few months past when I know what the topic is because I learned about the topic through friends, etc.

I do.. but only to back up my statements in a debate.. or the like.. otherwise, if I don't know enough about a subject, then I won't reply to it.

I tend to read, because usually people have already said my opinion for me, so its pointless to repete it.
