Do you draw or write out a website or program you are making on paper before you start?

No, but if I see a design I really like on a particular program or website I might take a screen shot of it or draw it on a piece of paper.
I don't do much planing when I make websites. I just plan as I go. But, I do copy and paste codes into my websites and programs.
