Should people be able to have guns just because? What are your points of view of gun control for civilians? I think that it's okay for people to buy and arm themselves with guns, but shouldn't use it foolishly like some people do. If someone comes into your home and tries to hurt you or steal from you, I think that's reasonable for you to defend yourself.

I think guns are okay for self-defense, and hunting for food , but people who use guns for foolish reasons like commiting crimes should not be able to have guns.

Yeah I think ppl should have to keep a record of that stuff.

Okay, people are trying to pass a low here to get rid of all guns in civilian homes.
How stupid is that? I mean, thats not gonna make a criminal go "Oh, its against the law now, I'd better get rid of this" no, they are going to be the only ones with guns, and the good civilian will have nothing to protect themselves. Sound freaking brill...

I agree, laws that tries to get rid of guns for everyone is dumb since in some places with very high crime rates people need protection to protect themselves from criminals with guns. Plus, guns don't hurt people. People hurt people.

Also if you think about it. Who cares if it's against the law. They ARE CRIMINALS! I mean, they'll do it anyways.

I mean, I'm all for gun permits and stuff, but just outlawing them seems a little dumb.
