What do you think be the next big thing in technology?

Online software will be the next big thing in technology where people no longer need to install software onto their computers, and run software off a website like Gmail, google docs, etc.
3D desktops might be another thing that might be big in technology when onboard video becomes better. I think the User can find icons easier if it is in 3D like how people usually see things in reality.
