Do you find most public places uncomfortable?

Yes, I sometimes find some public washrooms, buses, trains, libraries, schools, parks, etc to be somewhat uncomfortable because of the smell of people who dont wash themselves much, and bad mannered people.

Usually not. I like practicing graffiti in public restrooms. lol.

Meh i'm lucky, i don't have to associate with the unwashed masses, except for short periods of time,
so libraries and the like i not had much experience with but in the times i have not something that could be classed as wanting to repeat ever

I find the computers at public places sometimes too slow due to poor maintenance, and lack of upgrading.

I wish that the Government pay more money to schools for better computers, faster internet, and a more reliable network for public schools and libraries instead of spending it on doing paper work.
