New Theme - MXPgloo

MXPgloo blog template done (Based on one of the othe rtemplates no idea which )
The posting page in blogs should not have weird formatting any more to quote the raven
Made a few changes to the MXPgloo theme on the forum so it was more consistent

Anfd a couple others i'll be damned if i can remember.

Wow, I really like the new theme. Very nice!

But then I logged in and got the old one again...I'm gonna have to fix that later.

Subsilver, igloo are going to be disabled at the end of march all users still on those themes have been switched to mxpgloo

Users on the subBlack theme will be switch to mxgloodark around the end of march.
