Should prank programs be shared with people online?

I written a very simple VB prank program, but I don't know what to do with it since I don't have anyone I want to prank, but I was thinking of sharing it online for education purposes, but I don't want to be responsible if someone decided to execute the program on a lot of people computer via a network by puting it on the start-up folder for windows computer.

I'm not sure the simple logic of the sword maker is not responsible if the buyer of the sword uses the sword to do something sinister.

My prank program is just a invisible form that covers the entire desktop which prevents the user from closing the prank program with the mouse. Plus, it displays a very annoying messagebox when a user tries to click the desktop. It also pops up a pop up window forever, so you can't close them all.

But, the user can always use CTRL-ALT-Del to kill the prank program.

Share it, but put up a disclaimer in the program and where you upload it to, i'd advise your personal site
